1 在术中脑肿瘤边界可视化方面,创建了近红外二区脂质探针,阐明了探针成像灵敏度提升和跨血脑屏障分子机制,实现了术中脑胶质瘤边界的微米级精准定位;
2 在术后肿瘤放疗监测方面,提出了X光激活探针与可植入器械融合技术,解决了放疗剂量原位测量难题,实现了胃癌放疗的精准评估;
3 在探针临床应用方面,发明了X光激活稀土纳米探针,解决了传统放疗剂量检测敏感度低、偏差大的瓶颈问题,实现了探针临床放疗定量成像应用。
